As we launch, I would like to extend a sincere thank you and warm aloha to The Hallstrom Group | CBRE family/team, with whom I worked shoulder to shoulder for nearly 15 years.
I would especially like to convey my heartfelt thanks to Jim Hallstrom, MAI, CRE, FRICS for his genuine mentorship and invaluable guidance over the years, and Tom Holliday, CRE, FRICS (aka “Uncle Tom”) for exposing me to the appraisal profession when I was a teenager and introducing me to The Hallstrom Group in 2002. Without the amazingly generous support of Jim and Uncle Tom, there is no Ponsar Valuation–these are debts my family and I cannot repay.
