Carianne Natalizia is Ponsar Valuation’s Administrative Assistant, in charge of the collection of initial property data for our appraisal assignments, job tracking, invoicing, workfiles, and client care.
Carianne is a skilled manager and administrator, with experience across several industries, including working for one of the largest luxury home brokers in Southern California where she was a realtor assistant, researching and compiling MLS data.
She honed her customer service skills as a client relationship manager for a high-tech firm with international responsibilities for accounts up to $5 million. She has also owned her own design consultation business, serving luxury homeowners in the Denver area.
Carianne is an avid participant in community groups and non-profit organizations.
